The new laws are a licence for cyclists to take the piss and will lead to many such incidents.... and I ride a bike on occasion! I wonder who dreamt it all up?

What on earth were you googling to come up with that? I leave that up to my GP.
I usually limit my searches to which IPA I'll be drinking next.

Ha ha I was on the nhs site for something else and a header was on the same page.
