Rhodes got 83 goals in 159 appearances for us, I don’t care about anywhere else. You leave picking strikers to others pal, you’re track record is poor.

But his explanation of players downing tools to manufacture moves rings very true, Its the same argument I roll out that a big percentage of players don't want promotion because they know they are doomed to scrambling about for an equal contract
Fulham go up and immediately cut 13 players free - ok most of them were not first team regulars but it highlights my point
Say what you will Orr had nothing to win or lose with that interview and it came across to me as pretty truthful - yea he is going to support Kean (the Scottish twat gave him a four year contract!! There is the old boys network criminal behaviour!! and Kean needed "friends")

Nzonzi covered only 50mtrs (intense) where a usual figure for CM is 1500/2000 intense plus 8k/10k standard!
I really suggest you stomach it - it makes a lot of sense
It also ties in with stuff I heard from that era that I was sworn to silence on, and which at the time I just thought was young men's egos. Training ground fights etc. After listening to Orr some of that takes on a different complexion

I thought Bradley Orr came across really well in that video. He spoke with passion and he played on for us with a “popped Achilles”. He agreed to play when Givet refused to play left back in one game. He also clearly explained his defence of Kean interview because he said he knew what was going on behind the scenes with the players some of whom he called “maggots!”
I suppose this defence of Kean led to him being further hated.

But most of it was just scraps of info that didn't really register at the time
Like I say I just thought it was boys being boys
Lots of stories of separate groups - fights - refusals to do things - Singh upsetting things and being fucked off
Orr talks about it and like I say I was sworn to keep quiet because if it got back my mate could have lost his job.
He has retired now so I wish I had taken more notice of names etc but at the time it was just conversation
