Introducing Ewood Park Stadium Masterplan. - This was a very ambitious project and our entire team worked tirelessly to bring it all together - Pegasus Group

There is no detail, just some nice sounding waffle. I would love to see the detail and find out if there are ‘legs’ on this project. It may well be that Pegasus are acting for the Club and the Community Trust to relaunch a new revamped Trust indoor and outdoor centre proposal as was planned some 5 years ago.

Any information and thoughts are welcome.

It sounds like Rovers will be making a planning application to BwD Council in the coming months for development around the stadium and possibly including other land either privately owned or in BwD ownership. Given Rovers are doing this jointly with the Council it will all be sewn up.

In general when it comes to planning I would not trust ‘bent’ BwD with a barge pole.

I would have been more impressed if the picture was Ewood
I get its just their layout - but surely they could have changed the image?

I reported a couple or so years ago who had an interest in some of the Darwen End land.
