So it's the end of the season and certainly not the ending which we would have chosen for our club. On behalf of everyone involved in our new site may we all thank you for signing up and contributing to our formative few months. Its been better than the goings on at Ewood that's for sure. Unlike OUR Rovers we will be 'staying up' (and running) through the close season and hope that we can have some good debates and discussions leading up to next season, whether that be League One, administration or whatever may be in store for us.
So whether you are an Ewood regular, a protester/boycotter, a lapsed fan or a long distance supporter many thanks for joining and supporting our 'speak easy' initiative and here's to you all joining in and contributing to the quality and content of our site all the way through the close season.

If you have any suggestions which you would like to see in order to develop the site experience please do not hesitate to contact us. As the old strap line goes, "If you don't like what we are doing then tell us, if you do like what we are doing then tell others".

Abbey I would merge the other football thread into rovers, I'm not sure teh need to have this on its own it is just football. The more activity on the main thread the better.

There are very good reasons why we can not do that. The same reasons that this site was started in the first place. There are many similarities with BRFCS but there are essential differences too, not least the admins and the style of administration. I think you will find that most of the members would agree with that. Let me assure you that we do not want to be in competition with BRFCS. There is room for both forums to run amicably side by side and indeed many of the members post on both sites and we wouldn't want to discourage them from doing that. I trust that that explains the situation.

Alan sorry you may have not understood what I am saying or more likely I've not understood you. We have two areas for football topics on this site, is there a reason for that? Having them together would increase threads and activity on the main football thread.

I may have missed something!

Its been done to keep rovers chat in one place and other footy chat in its own place. I think it works to be honest.

Too many threads. For example league 1 and the first game in league 1. The site is cumbersome

too difficult for you?
League 1 thtread is about the footy....the 1st game is about who will be owning us at the time....

It was just an example. No need to get aggressive. About half of the threads could be merged/ condensed

Might be worth considering bobthesock I was thinking some threads need condensing too but tbh all I do when I log on is click on new posts and select from there.
Remember we do all still have 'L'plates on.;)

btw Al.. I think you misunderstood chor808's point. He wasn't suggesting that we merge with any other site.

Sorry I did misinterpret your post. I think Abbey replied to it though.

Aggressive ? Aye aw reet
So no answer to the point i raised. There is "venkysout" "will relegation drive the cluckers Out" and "is venkys out keeping venkys in".
All valid talking points but imo could all be filed under venkys out.

Does it cause you a problem? Most are happy with the forum the way it is and as far as I am concerned it stays that way.
