Chor... Of those big earners there is only Charlie Mulgrew that I'd miss!
Couple of names there that I'd either forgotten (Hendrie) or never heard of (Travis). If we can manage to keep Joao that would be excellent but I doubt Wednesday will let him leave or that a better club won't come in for him.
Tomlinson looked a good prospect from what little I've seen of him.
I'd imagine Steele will be on big wages.
Three centre halves out so that leaves Lenihan and Mulgrew as the two that I'd want to keep with Ward and I note Scott Wharton isn't a squad member (so I wonder what lies in store there) .
After two years of below average performances I noted Bennett putting a real shift in the final few matches when the writing was on the wall, so I'd imagine he's on a good wage with no suitors and a relegation escape clause which will allow us to bin him off. Pity we hadn't got them all similarly motivated but I guess that's the issue with loanees.
The rest won't be that difficult to replace will they? Unfortunately they'll be the ones that will stick like sh1t to a blanket.

Dare we make the assumption that Venkys have indeed made the early decision to stick with Mowbray? If so, that can only really be seen as good news I think. Get the ball rolling with transfer targets and have a really good clear out - organise a proper pre-season and let's hit the ground running and get some early points on the board in league one and give ourselves a fighting chance of being the right end of the table.
I suppose with Senior leaving, it may all be up in the air again until we appoint a new DoF or whatever he was.
Heartbreaking to see the club reduced to it's current state in little over 6 years.

Get Mowbray to stay and dont waste money on a DoF in L1. Let TM build his own squad and off we jolly well go on the merry-go-round.

Usually I'd say great, £3m for a donkey, I'll drive in there etc etc, but the money will not be invested in the club.
Well without taking wages, loanees into account, etc (as I don't know the exact figures) here's those I absolutely want to go. Others I'm not really giving a ringing endorsement as such but there's a combination of factors that come into play.
Brown (complete waste of space)
Evans (similar type to Marshall)
Steele (if you're cutting wages then have a cheaper GK on bench though not sure Raya will be here)
Greer (nothing personal but he's old and its humbling to sign a previous reject said the same when Beattie was strongly linked a few years ago)
Henley (no further comment needed)
Lowe (sure he will go and as far as I'm concerned he can be a symbol of mediocrity somewhere else)

Akpan (not sure a defensive midfielder really needed in L1 with budget being as limited as it is)

Tomlinson? Are you sure Vinjay? Only seen a little of him but he looked promising for a 19 year old. Seemed a strong lad too.
I think Nyambe will be OK in Div 1 too.

Surely must have made up that Steele story? Sites like that sometimes take from more legit sources though probably an easy rumor because of the Lambert connection. Venkys will probably insist on turning it down if its accurate lol.
As for Gallagher had he been permanent there's no way in hell club would keep him for next season. He's a solid Championship striker without a doubt.
