they said 4000 holes but f me theres a lot. Everywhere you go theres potholes . BLACKBURN SPEND 40M ON A POXY BUS LANE BUT POTHOLES EVERYWHERE

I travel all around the country on a regular basis and the only place I've found worse than Blackburn is Sheffield, my god its bad in Sheff, and they can't blame the Tory cuts to council budgets either, like Blackburn its always been bad.

Could be something to do with being built on 7 hills, I'm sure that plays a part, but it makes Blackburns roads look new!
