Haha I would love 2 1day..crocs don't scare me...massive spiders and snakes do tho..looks amazing..

Pink, where I live, I don't see too many snakes, though there are a few spiders, but a spray can of whatever gets rid of them.
In Cairns I once saw the head of a snake, that was caught the previous day, in a jar on the bar of a pub. Fair put the willies up me.
I spread my hand as far as I could and it still didn't get as wide as that snakes mouth. I reckon it was about a foot!
Still haven't seen a live one though and I've been here for forty years or so.
As for holidays, you could miss your cold and wet winter and come to Sydney in Jan/ Feb when it's warm.
NYE in Sydney is the best party in the world.

All myths Pink., though there are spiders that can kill, but there is an anti venom needle that you can get. No body has died from a spider bite in years.
Jan/Feb are the hottest months of the year, in Sydney on the coast it gets to 30- 35c, inland it get to over 40c.
today (monday) it's forecast for 33c with overnight temps about 20c.
