I'll watch this evening as I need to get an early night in, thanks.

My inner geek had me watch Logan the other night and despite it not being the best picture, I must say what dross it was.

I know it's not a movie but I am currently awaiting Game of Thrones final season (I assume that is correct), Gore, Violence and Nudity (I like nudity ;)) classic combination. Haha

Being picky but can't we rename this thread "Films" or "Cinema" instead of another americanisation.

Anyone seen Get Out? I really fancy it but it'd give my gf palpatations and organising my mates these days is like a military operation.

Didn't think I'd warm to a Star Wars offshoot, especially following the awful prequels.

Rogue One is fabulous (preferred it to Force Awakens)

The Force Awakens just gave me a sense of de ja vu. I love Star Wars wish they had done the thrawn trilogy instead of a reboot. he ruined star trek as well.

I loved The Force awakens they filmed some of it where I grew up,the final scene when Luke Skywalker enters the scene.I was over visiting friends at the time and Mark Hamil was pulling pints of Guinness in the bar for the locals

Don't get me wrong it is a good film and I am happy to see the story continue but to many scenes were rather familiar. Must have been great to meet Mark Hammill did you get him drunk and ask if he is Rae's father?

Finally got round to watching The Founder, must admit didn't fancy it mainly because of the subject matter and thought McDonalds lawyers would have sanitised it too much, but really enjoyed it.
Micheal Keaton is excellent he always plays a driven/ slightly psychotic character well. A bit of googling afterwards found that Tom Hanks was the original choice for the role but turned it down, not sure if that would have worked as well.
Watched it with the Mrs and found out she had never seen Keaton in Pacific Heights at his psychotic best, so watched that again afterwards ,well worth a watch if you have not seen it.

I quote enjoyed Passengers.

Watched Logan the other week and that was really good, much more story telling than the usual comic films.

Has anyone watched Swiss Army Man? That is just downright bizarre and not one I've ever watch again.
