He is not daft or a nutter. Look at sadam, hanged, or gaddafi, shot in the streets. He knows without a massive threat he is toast. He knows he can't fire one, but he also knows you can't shot at him if he has a massive bomb to throw at you. South Korea is so close any attack will be met with death and misery. We had a thread on this some time back, the answer is still to bump him off, China or internal forces. Sadly there is nothing we can do now, the US and China should have dealt with this year's ago, too late now. Oh yes I forgot it's trumps fault right?

I know people say you shouldn't blame parentage but is it really any surprise with his upbringing? Most of the population has been brainwashed so you can see the effect of being brought up by such a regime. Of course the guy has to be dealt with forcefully if need be. As for China they don't want millions of refugees coming over their border. Considering the views some on here have about immigration/refugees (myself included though I'm purely looking at it from a sustainable standpoint) perhaps you can see their reasoning. Of course they might have less reputable reasons too but that's a pretty big one.

Perhaps if they attack anyone (and I'm not convinced they will) it might be more likely that South Korea will be the first target. At least the UK isn't first on the hitlist.

Indeed though most of those crossing from NK are simply trying to pass through into Thailand. They know they aren't welcome in China and are likely to be sent back if caught. So really the main concern for China is if there's a large scale influx prompted by warfare in the region.

The UK might have the same immigration policy if it meant millions crossing the border on that kind of scale all at once.

Bit of a tangent here but there is a big difference in size between the UK and China though which equates to us having almost twice as many people as China per square mile.

They have changed it, it was causing big problems with not enough youngsters coming through to support/replace the older generation. It was never actually fully one child anyway, in rural areas you could have two if the 1st born was female, this again caused problems with induced terminations to get the gender that was wanted. As a result the population in China has become skewed with substantially more males in certain areas.
