A thread to see how the young uns progress when or close to first team action.
I will start with Travis. Out of all the players ive seen over the years this lad looks like he has potential to make it big. Blue tints I don't know but he looks like he has vision and nous and add to that a bit of nastiness.
I think in his long term career that sending off will be good for him .It will show him what it is to have a red and the things that come with it as a result but on the other hand i think it will send a message out to other players that he doesn't hold back and he will crunch you.

With you on that Abs. The first time I saw him in a cup match I thought he had potential. He reminds me of Graham Souness. Hopefully he'll stay at Rovers and have a brilliant career.

I like Travis and hope he develops - he has (imo) shown the headless chicken tackling on all his appearances that I have seen. It's one thing being a "hard man" but it needs channeling in the right (smart) way. I have my doubts with Travis

On to Joe Nuttall - chatting to someone who knows him quite well, and he said when we mentioned he had got a new contract " oh yea and he has treated himself to a brand new Range Rover Evoque to celebrate" -- it didn't sound like a complimentary comment.
Big time Charlie??

If I was on their money I think I’d have a better car though. I suspect a bit of envy here.

... week out?:)

Sorry waggy but no matter what his background we can only comment on what we see. We all love to see home grown talent do well but Nyambe is struggling at this level, he's targeted by opposing teams and should we manage to get promoted he'll be 2 divisions out of his comfort zone. On Monday he came on for Bell and tbh looked as nervous as a kitten.

Wil Wharton be allowed to play against his parent club?
Probably not but contrary to popular belief, Scott's more than happy to be at Lincoln getting invaluable experience and game time rather than what some would prefer, warming our bench.
