Perhaps because the club or, more specifically, Tomasson, believes in the rules. I love watching players going berserk about not being able to dick around any more. Please don't tweak the rules!

I was disappointed to hear the RoversTV commentators saying that it couldn't go on like this. Sorry, but it can't go on how it was before. Having time-wasting as a trained part of the game is utterly boring for the watching supporter.

Howard Webb has revealed today that he is a United fan after all.
A Rotherham United fan! He, Kevin Friend and Madeley the referee from Saturday were all in Matt Taylor’s office, the Rotherham boss, and they all agreed the first yellow was unjustified so the red card should not have been shown. It’s good to have powerful friends!

Simple answer is that the daft bugger waved an imaginary card (now punishable by an automatic yellow) whilst already on a yellow! He should have had a straight red for being so bloody thick!!!! Webb should consider that before he comments.

But in terms of his football ability, I agree with Goozeburger he isn't quick, obviously isn't strong, no aerial presence, can't take players on, no real finish, average crosser, average passer. So I think we may see him drop to the bench now Gallagher is back.
So it seems like Plastic North End were right after all?

I thought he was red carded for showing a imaginary card to the ref.
He should have got double yellow carded regardless.
One for the dive and one for the "yellow card him gesture" (which as we are aware is something that is currently being clamped down on). 🟨🟨

Well I always say it stands to reason that the people who get paid for their knowledge are likely to be a lot more clued up about football than the people who pay to give it.

Preston let Dolan go so obviously didn't rate him at all, a few months later Rovers fans thought he was brilliant because he'd pulled off a few step-overs.

I'm always pleasantly surprised at positivity at Ewood, and who doesn't like the idea of an 18 year old footballing orphan (who's also a great lad) coming good. So personally I did try to suspend my misgivings and just hoped Preston's entire youth/coaching set up were asleep at the wheel.

Its becoming increasingly apparent that wasn't the case though. Well, to an extent at least, he's all right for the bench I think so I guess Preston missed a trick on that.
