Is there a time limit on this? I'd suggest Sept 30th. That would give us all time to assess the opposition and ourselves when we can take into account any new signings etc.

Me playing fair I think. I'd have said 8th back then so I'll play the white man. injuries and loss of form and it looks now to be about 6th from bottom!
A word of warning.... I can recall Forest being relegated in the mid 90's playing too much football. Wonderful possession and passing for 90 mins but they couldn't stick it in the net all season and ended up taking the drop.

13th I reckon.
What a strange season this is turning out to be. Until dec we were rolling along quite well and just outside the play offs. 8 weeks later and we are near the bottom of the table, we've concede the most goals in the championship and are now looking fearfully toward a relegation issue. What's gone so drastically wrong?

Having a Head Coach that doesn't want to be here.
Plenty of other issues but that's the single biggest reason.

We are a young team in the most competative league in the world ( open for discussion, but it has to be right up there!) - it was always going to be a roller coaster. We haven't had a settled team for months and some of the key players are out of form and having to fill in out of position
We are about where we should be on every sensible gauge - some might sat...over achieving

According to Nixon, Rovers wanted Tomasson to pay the remainder of his contract to the club if he was to leave. If Tomasson broke his contract and just left, he'd get sued for breach of contract I think. So it's probably not as simple as resigning from a job where you're employed by the company and you're free to hand in your notice if you've had enough.
