Of course just joined with ulterior motive.
A Group of us are trying to shake up the Rovers Trust and to do that 4 of us have put ourselves forward for the current elections.
We are:
John Murray(me...on Protests stood next to Abbey and his camera)
Duncan Miller(ex founderBRSIT/Trust and resigned some years ago)
Steve Mack(chairman of Ewood WMC meeting)
Mick Cahill(the guy with the Jack Walker/Venkys Out banner)
We want the Trust to be more inclusive...wider communication,more sub-group meetings,better website and a Regeneration Fund to fund the resurrection of the Club. We would like to also fund a 'prospectus' to sell the Club as the "most successful Town Club in the World" and we want to keep closer contact with the many people who have pledged money.
The rest of the plans can wait....we want to under-promise and over-deliver at this stage!
But we need your help if you are a Trust member.
The 4 people above need your vote and they do because we are the 'incomers'.... I am doing fine at the moment but the other 3 are lagging. You have 3 days to make the change. Please help to make RT = Rovers Together!! Thank You as we teeter on the edge of League 1.
