Tomorrow a Dutch couple that we met in Croatia a month ago cross into Iran for a six week tour!

What an amazing journey!
They have to take notes and update their blog when they arrive in Armenia, no blogging in Iran.

I confess I'm a teeny bit jealous

Croatia's beautiful but Iran ffs? One of my life decisions is to never visit another muslim country. They plainly don't want kuffars in their flyblown countries nor are they instructed by childhood brainwashing to treat anyone from other cultures and religions as equals. I'd rather suck worms and stick pins in my eyes for six weeks!

A work friend and her husband went a few years back and loved the place. What they liked best were the friendly and welcoming people; however these people were afraid to say anything about their leaders, all they wanted was a quiet life. The couple were also impressed by the history and the architecture - sadly much of this has been destroyed by the mad mullahs.

Not sure of Iran but I had a Persian ex partner a while ago and they are naturally great people. A hideous regime which surprisingly isn't well supported but it's not the epitome of democracy. I've been offered a job with my director this week to go to Beijing in China for 3 years with work in Indonesia but currently thinking about.
