Anyone think their biggest achievement is getting to play the half time music?
I tell you what could happen for the second point.
A volunteer army armed with a few tins of paint during the close season. The stairs could all do with a (professional) very light sandblast and painting straight after as rust is taking over. Get that done and then see what can be next.
How come nobody mentions the standard and speed of the catering in the concourse? I realise it's franchised out but I'm sure one section (perhaps the Riverside) could be run by the club itself as an experimental option. A much more limited menu choice and decent organisation would imo speed up service and improve the quality of the food. If that proves successful then it could be widened to other areas of the ground.

At least the Trust are getting to meet the club and raise some very relevant issues. Their website looks pretty good as well and has some decent content.
As for the catering that sounds more like a Fans Forum issue as they are I believe a bunch of well meaning individuals who focus mainly on match-day issues such as the colour of the loo roll and the temperature of the pies / tea / coffee / beer etc.

Just as an aside I was in hospitality on Tuesday and noticed that hot water came out of the hot taps in the toilets. It certainly doesn't in the Jack Walker upper that's for sure. Small things I know but not a great overall impression given to the people who pay to sit in the 'best seats in the house'.
btw In the Premier suite some dickhead had left the hot tap running! (I turned it off.) I know this happens with old fashioned taps (it makes my blood boil!) but surely nowadays economical taps which stop the flow after a few seconds could be installed and hot water made available allowing a decent service for supporters.
It's little issues that irk and are so unecessary. I've often wondered whether the people who sit in the Directors Box etc ever do a 'secret shopper' around the ground to sample the match day experience for the ordinary fan? I'm certain sure they don't but they bloody well should! It's the type of little thing that costs next to nowt but ensures that supporters feel like valued customers.

The hot water was on tap in the JW Upper on Tuesday. I went for a widdle and being a proper gent I washed my hands to be greeted by a nice warm flow.

Apparently and conveniently Indian court hearing has now been deferred again till August.
Bleak and sad times ahead which one can only suspect about the reinvestment of Wharton or Raya money going no where.
I don’t mind if the V’s front up and say no more, just try and pass it on or simply let it go.
