Heartbreaking to start this.... when the slumdogs took over look where Wimbledon were . This gives hope for a rebuild .
yeh i know, but im waiting for the normal "we are here for the long run, we are not selling" Im clinging onto hope that they will not say that, but rather a statement that they are now putting the club up for sale. Wont happen, but fuck i need something, anythingWhat do you want a statement for Iceman? We are all aware of the general situation aren't we?
I mean when they go or die a million painful deathsNot with the Rao's still in place
It don't look like that is going to happen abbsI mean when they go or die a million painful deaths
Why would Tony Mowbray automatically walk? He's recently served in L1, so it's not like it's an embarrassment for him. The only way I see him walking is if the owners don't commit to rebuilding the squad (which will be shortly depleted) which means they'll have to spend some money. As it is L1, probably not an incredible amount of money either.TM will walk, we wont have a squad and fixture n fitting will be sold on eBay. Fully expect to be battling relegation next season.
Depends of the finances. Rem we will be on a minus figure as the cost of supporting the BRFC set up will be massive compared to the behind the scenes spending by smaller clubs. Commercially I'd look at...Already looking forward to next season. Big fish in a small pond and expecting a promotion charge turn into a procession. Think some of the "boycotters" will be back by next spring.
Think you're in for a shock. Half the squad is out of contract or going back to their parent clubs. The better players will be sold to fill the gap in the finances and the only ones we will have left are the crap noone wants to buy. We'll be on a diet of frees, crap loanees from the Championship that the parent clubs don't mind paying the wages of and whatever kids we have left after the vultures have picked the Naymbe's, Mahoney's and Lenihans off. That won't get us out of League 1, just as it didn't get us out of the Championship. We are more likely to fall out of the other end than bounce straight back. Especially if we lose Mowbray and spend half the Summer looking for a new manager. Again.Already looking forward to next season. Big fish in a small pond and expecting a promotion charge turn into a procession. Think some of the "boycotters" will be back by next spring.
I like this. Staying positive is critical to good mental health. And with luck, maybe it'll happen.Already looking forward to next season. Big fish in a small pond and expecting a promotion charge turn into a procession. Think some of the "boycotters" will be back by next spring.
Who the hell invented cordial? Complete garbage.http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/rovers/news/15274719._You_can___t_dilute_it_too_much_and_let_all_your_quality_go____Tony_Mowbray_on_the_balancing_act_facing_Rovers_this_summer/?ref=mac
don't dilute the squad...erm I think its already a tad watery.
Can't really be punished if you don't care anyway. It all started for me in Division Three. A long time ago. Don Martin, Bobby Svarc, Kevin Hird, John Bailey, Tony Parkes, Stuart Metcalf. Shame to be back down amongst the dead legs, but it is richly deserved by the Raos.
Dreading our team for next season!
