The House of Lords has recommended that betting firms are banned from appearing on players' shirts.
If implemented, this will affect not just Rovers but many other clubs.
I'm not saying that I disagree with the recommendation but, if betting companies aren't providing the advertising income, are there many other sponsors willing to put up the same amount of cash?
