The how do you rate JDT is a real tough question. On the face of it and based on where we are - and how long we have maintained it, (plus the cup run) it has to be 8-10
He has done well - but it still doesnt feel like its down to him to me? Am I the only one still with these nagging doubts?

I believe we have the right team in place with GB and JDT. They need time to rebuild. I have confidence in them.
