Global winner of the 2021 Christmas Quiz 👊🤩🤩
April Fools Day beckons and Rovers will take a trip down the quaint M6 to visit the hamlet of St Andrews in the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Birmingham.
I am looking forward to my trip down south to watch Rovers take on the Brummers. It will not be an easy game, and those who can recall our home game against the Brum will remember they were by far the better team and we were lucky to come out winners. This, along with our other 8 remaining games, is a 3 pointer. I just hope that Big Ben has returned from Chile as fresh as a daisy and that the rest of our team will toss aside that narrow defeat at Bramall Lane and they are looking for revenge big time.
Two of our biggest fans (biggest aptly describes the first) are turning up to roar on the Rovers. Carol Vorderman is turning up to count the score and add up the bookings (a pair for us) whilst the thinking man’s totty Alex Polizzi (who would never be seen in anything as tasteless as a low cut blouse or tight faux leather jeans) is coming along to inspect the toilets, check on the catering and run an eye over our very own BB.
Carol Checks Out Rovers Pro option Credentials
Alex Checks Out BB’s Bedroom Credentials
Meanwhile the Rovers masses will be urging on their team lubricated with plenty of beers, soggy chips and balti pies. Alex of course will turn her nose up at such crude behaviour and will be joining BB pre-match for a small glass of Barolo followed by nibbles and a steamy hot shower.
As for the game it is anyones guess as to what Rovers team will do. Will they be Jekyll or will they be Hyde? Personally I prefer the Hyde in Rovers. We need to play a bit more nasty.
I am going to stick my neck out for this game a predict a rip roaring 3-0 win for Rovers. The team spirit is there and it is about time we knocked in a few of those many chances we have been missing.
Love n kisses
