Brentford is one of my favourite away grounds. Decent, knowledgeable fans, a nice part of London and the only football ground in the UK with a pub on each of the four corners (outside the ground not inside).
A group of us are making this a bit of a trip. We are going to soak up the sights (and ale, of which more later) and spent a night looking out for Brentford celebrity fan Cameroon Diaz. Our very own Katie Garraway will be in attendance and she is twizzling her hair in expectation of my spending the evening on her patch munching crumpet with honey drizzle for breakfast.
But what of Cameroon Delap? Who would have expected her to have supported the Bees! Rather than beat about the bush I will come straight to the point (MODS: poll required please) and ask you to decide on her best position: backside; sideways; or front.......

. This is a way more important poll than Brexit.
I mentioned ale just before. Looking at the local attractions (and Cameroon’s backside - shudder shudder shudder) these include the Musical Museum, Syon Park and Kew Gardens. However our hardy group of uncouth Northerners have chosen the......drum roll......Fullers Brewery Tour for our pre-match entertainment. I just hope I am sober enough to enjoy the match, or should that be Katie’s snatch!?
Another claim to fame is that my long dead Uncle was a famous London based painter who produced a couple of lovely paintings of Brentford Docks. I own one of his Brentford works, the other is pictured below:
As for the game who knows. Probably a case of “Bottoms Up” as Frankie Howard would say. Rodwell, Travis and Nuttall should all play a major part, perhaps BenB can miss the bus home and spend the evening with us boys, he will find out how to play hard.
