Easily avoiding butter and sugar for years does not actually make one automatically miserable at all.Ok. You stay slim and miserable. I'll stay with my butter and sugar and enjoy my food.
Thing is I don't want butter on bread or sugar in tea or coffee, simple as that.
Slimmed down only since I cut down massively on the beer intake but still like bread and spuds.
None of my food habits were ever by design, just happened.
