Yes that was the closest I’ve been to jacking it in . When Coyle was appointed I felt supporting Rovers was a hopeless waste of time and money

He's done well and got an average bunch of players to improve by 20%. Clough had that ability. Certainly seems that cardiff have shared the goals around the team too.

As for Coyle..... squad fitness was so poor that our lot only performed at 80%! Take note here, proof that that bloody Nixon is a gob shyte! .... reckoned wee Coylee was the best up and coming manager in the country 10 years ago! Mind you he also said that we might have discovered a gem of a manager in Kean ....that is once Anderson had slipped him a few sweeties and had a chance to write his script for him.
I've never really investigated the Coyle signing with my sources at the club ....but I shall.

Still holding onto a faint hope that tomorrow will see us swap places with the other cheating bastards from last season, Birmingham.
They seem guaranteed to be beaten by a Fulham team needing a win to have a chance of automatic promotion.
Need 2 of Burton, Barnsley or Bolton to win and it all falls into place nicely :)

Thing is tho what they did is no different to what we did last week

Yes it is. Six changes is way different to 10. Also four of last weeks absentees were carrying injuries with only Graham effectively reduced to the bench. Plus we were already promoted whilst Huddersfield had qualified for the playoffs the previous match and were simply jockying for position to avoid Fulham who had beaten them with an aggregate score of 9-1 in their two league meetings. Not only that but Bell for Williams is hardly weakening the team is it? More like strengthening it as Bell's named in the League one team of the year and obviously in front of Williams.

Brum look like they are sneaking it again.
I suggest Bolton need a goal if they are going to avoid League one again.

My mates a Trotter and he reckons that after today they have just 4 full time players on their books! All the rest are either out of contract or loaness. One of them is a GK Ben Amos whom they foolishly signed from Man Utd on 10k pw and they are so borassic now that they have had to loan him out to Charlton so that half his wage is paid.
He agreed with me that this is the reason for their end of season slump as all the players leaving will be following agents instructions by tip toeing around making sure that they don't get injured.

Not wanting to do anything other than point out that BWFC and BRFC have been ruined (perhaps permanently) by financial mis-management. May be unpalatable to most but the only thing keeping us with our heads above the water are the venkymob. Love em or hate em we are screwed without em until we can function under our own steam.

Tricky fixtures these as both Barnsley and Burton are scrapping for their lives. I guess 2-0 to Derby though doesn't allow many ways back for Barnsley. They'll be desperate for the games to finish as they are right now.

Funny how there's no negative posts on here or social media in general over Fulham's or Shrewsburys pitch invasions
