You can imagine the type who were protesting and trying to disrupt the establishment of the school . Hard left socialist worker types and the left wing pseudo intelligentsia . Their ire intensified by a Headteacher who is conservative . To wind them up even more , the cherry on the top , she is black !!! They just can’t cope with black people who are off message , so bouncers definitely needed .

I’m sure after the school posted GCSE results four times better than the national average , parents will be queuing up to avoid the local authority comp and get their offspring into the Michaela Free School .

Well done that woman! My only comment is that this really is nowt new is it? This is simply regression to the days of my old Grammar education before the lunatics dreamt up the Comprehensive system. Boris could do much worse than appoint her Sec of State for Education.

Just compare her style, her delivery and her message to that of Angela Raynor.

As we all know the answer is to use common sense and bring back Grammar, Technical and Secondary Moderns. Football Academies aren't forced to admit kids with two left feet who can't trap a bag of sand to mingle with their best so why do our education authorities believe kids who either don't want to learn or can't learn should be in the same class as kids with more academic ability?

Fact of the matter and the reason for western mistrust is that muslim women have more children across the globe than any other religions women. Just under 3 children per woman and probably not shown in such figures is they have them earlier so that there female offspring reproduce much earlier too and the whole thing becomes a multiplier.

I'll watch it in due course but I do tend to mistrust people who change their minds. If they do it once they can do it again. Imagine what you would think of someone who was a supporter of one club and then completely changed to support another in later life and not only that but expressed a deep dislike for the original club.

However on the other hand if a Blackburn boy grew up being bombarded and brainwashed by his friends and the media etc to support the in vogue football club ( eg Man Utd ) , but then when he matured and became an independent thinker , he decided he should support the Rovers for all the obvious reasons , I’d have no beef with him .

Furthermore having realised the error of his ways , he despised everything that Man Utd represented , I’d understand that too !

To be honest though , I think it’s difficult to compare football allegiances to political allegiances.

However it seems the BBC has appointed somebody called Tim Davie as it's new Director General to take over from someone else called Tony Hall on 1/9/20. Tim Davie 53 is credited for turning around Dr Who and Top Gear and is described as being "a former official in his local Conservative party". Cynic that I am I see this as the BBC as at last running scared as more and more people want to see the back of it's left wing agenda and there is a groundswell now questioning the Licence and it's overall funding. Add to that the internet giants competing for audience and his job get's ever harder. The people lurking in the shadows in the corridors of power must now be very fearful of killing the Golden goose that has nourished their ambitions for so long.
I would imagine Davie's task in returning the BBC to impartiality and ridding the corporation of it's 'trendy champagne socialist infiltrators' is monumental. Getting the entrenched left to change direction will be like getting a fully loaded oil tanker to do a handbrake turn! Early to comment now but will he last the course or will the task be too much and his appointment end in his resignation? Time will tell.
