It's very different north to south. Down here a parking permit outside your house costs 250 a year, in liverpool it is free. We pay to have our rubbish taken away, wash it etc (I don't, but my mum does nutter) and so on. Councils down here are well cheeky but the people just pay it, I could never see the scousers doing that, no matter what their council may try. I guess southerners truly are soft lol.

Ye I payed 25 received the sticker yesterday for my garden bin...and some cunt has ripped my number of my bin..ill be ringing Monday morning demanding an other sticker for free ! Not paying the 10pound for a replacement which they said I would have to if the sticker was damaged ..i think I no the ass hole who did it...karma is a bitch especially when it comes from me !! Fuking fuming I am..gggggrrrrrr

But he already knows you are out for vengeance (if he does or his mates do read here), so if anything odd happens he will instantly suspect you (assuming he has an IQ over 5). My suggestion is since he removed your sticker, I would be placing loads of stickers over his stuff (windows, car, garage etc) whilst he slumbers. Obviously they should say naughty things about him, the truer the better.

My cat brought me a dead bird so this morn I flung it over into his garden!! Lmfao at sticking stickers on his stuff lol good 1

LOL very good, should have gone in his letterbox. Recently I got fed-up with my neighbour parking opposite my drive and preventing me using it to turn-in etc, I could not park both cars on the drive and get mine out. I have asked him before not to do it, but his response was 'I can park where I like!'. My response was similar. As I live on a new housing estate (don't buy Bovis) all the roads are private IE the police cannot do anything, so I parked my car right in front of his house blocking the driveway and front door with a note on the window saying 'I can park where I want too!' I even made him apologise before moving it and enjoyed watching his head boil as he did it. I hate twats and love bringing them down a peg or two

What's this with kids having phone conversations without putting the phone to their mouth to speak? Seen numerous, mainly girls, walking along chatting away into a phone that they're holding like it's a Star Trek communicator. I don't see why I have to hear someone elses phone conversation, especially when the language is appalling, are producing kids that are so narcissistic that they think everyone should hear their conversations? If you must chat away on your phone at least have the courtesy to use it correctly.

Haha only when dickheads abuse my things on my property!! He's a complete ass sometimes!! He deserves it.i spent a full day last week painting our shared ginal gate and cleaning it all...he then threw a bag of empty beer cans in there with some other junk and empty boxes..hes a ignaront pig !! He's a creep !!! Ggggrrrrr

Any underwear gone missing? A girl I use to work with had some of hers go missing whilst drying on the line, it was thrown back in her garden, erm, soiled. So watch out.

Omg lol...hes tried it on with me..got some male mates to warn him...but I do catch him peeping thru hedges and out top window when sunbathing!!
