If that was a place of work the H&S Exec would close it down as presenting long term hearing problems. Nobody would be allowed to work in such an environment. Crazy given the technology and power of amplifiers these days. So why do they keep the telescope over the eyepatch for things like this? There should be set decibel limits agreed with local residents the H&S and the council.
RSPCA employs the same latitude with their condoning of many millions of cases of inhumane slaughter each and every year simply because of the ignorance and intransigence of religious followers.

Debate on Radio 5 today about the general public being completely unable to stop anti-social behaviour . No one wrote in with this solution but the best way imo is to quietly pay and bring in some hard types to come in and 'av a word' with such..... moving up the scale if necessary Just make sure that you are away at the time and then you cannot be targeted and victimised.

More a big thing than a little thing that pissed me off earlier this week. Delivery drivers who want repeat business (especially with the amount of takeaways in this town) shouldn't wear shirts that are outright disrespectful and offensive. Because of that I won't be doing business with them ever again. Got no tip that's for damn sure (not that I tip anyway)
