LOL really? Sugar is bad, it is all they harp on about and yes it is an issue but as always they miss the bigger one Carbohydrates. Every carbohydrate you eat is made into sugar or glucose by your body as it uses it as fuel. The diet in this country is made up of about 60percent carbs which means even if you eliminated all sugar as they propose, we'd still be nation of obese people.
Indeed bread and spuds are my downfall I'm afraid. People do say there are a few carbs in beer too but I don't believe that for one minute.
In a nutshell we eat too much and don't move around enough. That definitely applies to kids too. We were kicking a ball about on spare ground all hours of the day and cycling there and back but I rarely see and kids do that now. They don't even walk / cycle to school these days. They just sit on their ever expanding arses buggering about on play stations. Also central heating at unhealthy levels means people don't use up calories to keep warm either. One open fire in the entire was all we had until when I was 15 someone invented storage rads.

You will get no argument from me there and it's nice to see another who gets it. Very worrying moving forward as a species as we are designed to move etc and it plays a key role in mental health too. Little shock we see such increases in depression etc. alongside diabetes.

The emergency services attending a vital aren't likely to get a ticket and rightly so.
Traffic lights that work fine and keep traffic flowing untill some chap in a van turns up alters the sequence and then traffic queues form instantly!
Locals only........... Top of Moulden Brow is the latest example. Traffics been back to the M65 roundabout on occasions recently. So bad that I've taken to going round by Riley Green.

Utterly vile radio stations that are on at work all day and you have no choice but to have it infest your eardrums as your not allowed to touch it..im talking about rock fm....also toothache that wont go away as i have it now. Its driving me nuts

A thousand times yes. That used to drive me INSANE. I remember doing a temp job for 3 months a good while ago and having to listen to the now defunct Century Radio and its endlessly repeated few songs every day for 13 weeks. I could recite word for word the lyrics of Clocks by Coldplay, Beautiful by Christina Aguilera, Maybe Tomorrow by Stereophonics, In The Morning by The Coral and Crazy In Love by Beyoncé. Was truly horrific. Nobody else seemed bothered which I could never comprehend so its nice to know someone else despises it!

Theres getting more and more of the lycra louts. About 50 of them today rinding 4 abreast wouldnt get in single file even after 2 miles of horning them.
They need to realise if i have to overtake on the wrong side and something comes the other way im not having a head on collision and they are getting ditched.
