Stuff em! Glasgow voted overwhelmingly to leave the 'English system' a couple of years back didn't they?I feel sorry for Celtic and Rangers fans. Premier League-level clubs stuck in a League 1 standard league. Destined to forever struggle in Europe due to lack of attraction in either a financial or footballing sense. Why don't the FA let them join the English system? You'd think the money-grubbing dinosaurs in charge would be all over the chance to add a couple of well supported clubs.
Well history is on their side on that one.No one's said West Ham?
They won the World Cup, don't you know?
Good post. I was going to do similar until I read yours which does the job well.To be honest I bet we'd be on a few other clubs versions of this topic. I always found our overall fans verdict on players/managers rather critical from 2001-08 in a period where we should have pretty much been universally blissfully happy with what we were achieving. And then the treatment of Big Sam from a large section of fans was straight-jacket level delusional for a very small PL club who were liable to get relegated at any wrong move. Style of play not good enough, don't like his interviews, sits back when ahead in matches. Seems comical looking back from the position we're in now what some fans used to come out with. I think there's an argument to be made that for a long time we were seriously spoilt by the '95 title win.
Certainly making tits of themselves every passing day.No one's said West Ham?

Which is quite appropriate, given their owners' businessCertainly making tits of themselves every passing day.
