I was hoping originally we might get 20,000 but it is looking like 27,000 now.

That is brilliant (except for Drog ;)) and clearly shows the latent / potential support, a lot of those will be kids who know nothing about 1994/95.
especially at 2 quid a pop and they will be no pyro no party.

I must admit that it's a bit of a pain that 15,000 glory hunters will be joining us season ticket holders at Ewood on Saturday. They will be in the way at the food counter and worse still taking our places on the car parks but if 10% of the buy a season ticket for next season it will be worth putting up with them. Get down Gord. You are one of the ones who actually deserve to be there giving them a cheer on their homecoming.
damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Just got back from having a couple of pints in Holmes Mill Bar & Bistro . Sat at the end of the bar was Sean Dyche , with a few sycophants . I wondered why he wasn’t drinking in The Royal Dyche but probably prefers not to be surrounded by a crowd of Dingle halfwits .

Anyway I was going to buy him a pint of bitter to match his mood but he didn’t stay long enough for me to get my hand in my pocket . He must have heard by now that the proper football club down the road has sold near on 27,000 tickets for a match against Oxford despite being in the 3rd Division . A good 5,000 more than his tinpot club’s best attendance in their best season for two generations .

Time to move on to bigger & better things Sean .

No just damned if they do. If they have deemed it below them to attend all season how do they deserve to take part in the celebrations? If that makes me Victor Meldrew so be it.

Mulgrew missed! Or rather Eastwood saved it. That's a turn up!
