2 billion trees over 20 years = 100 million trees per annum OR given that there are only 250 working days in a year and that Labour intends to cut the working day to 6 hours that's over 60,000 trees every single working hour! :laughing: To anyone with half a brain cell it's a practical impossibility. Oh! and I've even used a US billion and not a proper UK billion!

The UK joined the EEC in 1973 Benjy and if you’re to be believed , you were just a babe in arms then .

The UK was the sick man of Europe throughout the 1970s . Strikes , power cuts , trade unions led by communists, sclerotic nationalised industries , winter of discontent, rampant inflation , rampant interest rates - you’d have known the score if you’d been old enough .

Maggie came to power in 1979 . 40 years of economic success takes us nicely to 2019 . Thanks Maggie !

A point well made the other night by Andrew Neil to Corbyn when he pointed out the damage which Labour's taxation policies would incur. The top 0.1% of earners pay 12.5% of all Income Tax revenue (ignore the corporation tax, council tax, VAT, Stamp duty, death duty etc all massively contributed to by the wealthier in society.) whilst the top 5% pay 50% of all income tax. Corbyn insisted they must pay more! Andrew Neil quite rightly said they will bugger off abroad rather than be fleeced here (where they will be welcomed with open arms!) . Who will fund the NHS, the won't works and the can't works then? Corbyns UK would end up like Maduro's Venezuala I'd suggest.

The same results can be seen in Blackburn where generations of Labour councils instead of elevating the likes of Green Lane, Higher Croft and Shad etc have now dragged the entire town down to the level once occupied just by those 'peasi' areas.

He's turned from a buffoon into a complete buffoon! Andrew marr exposing him with ease so god only knows how he'll survive andrew Neil. His knowledge of facts is abysmal. Constantly blustering and talking over an interviewer and blaming Corbyn and Labour for everything is his only tactic. Labour left power 10 years ago yet he's trying to blame Usman Khan's release on the laws they introduced! Big mistake!
My mother always used to say 'empty vessels make most sound' and boy is Johnson empty! He's only been in office s few months but I'm pretty sure he'll be remembered as the worst Tory pm in history..... surpassing even Theresa May! Wtf have we done to deserve the current party leaders ?

Now do you want me to expound my views on the treasonous wretch Corbyn? How about I then move on to his shadow cabinet? The vote of no confidence in him by the parliamentary Labour party of 172 : 40! That means with a Shadow Cabinet including 10 attendees of 36 MP's there are only 4 'corbynites' that he couldn't pick . As we know Kate Hollern is one of the four exclusions for very obvious reasons, she is as thick as a bar top. (imagine the disgrace in being overlooked in favour of Diane Abbott ffs!:laughing:).
Have we ever had the commons so chock full of what are increasingly ambitious and agenda'd fools:poop:? Most prepared to put their political ideals above the good of the nation? I don't think so.

Just watched Andrew Neil's interview with Jo Swinson on iPlayer.
I have to say it's the first time I've listened to her at any great length but how anyone could even think of voting Lib Dem is beyond me.
Changing her mind on so many topics and almost seems to be making it up as she goes along.
A disastrous rating in the popularity polls too apparently.

Indeed - the Labour Party’s similarity to the BNP , who are the only other political party to be investigated by the EHRC is striking .

The hard left’s / Momentum Labour’s ‘ whataboutery ‘ defence to counter this rampant racism is desperate and pitiful . They’d do well to heed New Testament : Matthew 7:5

Poor old Benjy K9! It's official! Labour and the BNP lumped together under the same racist banner. Apt bedfellows I'd suggest. One so far left that it occupies a spot 29 minutes to the hour whilst the other is so far right that it does the same at 29 mins past the hour. Just a midges dick between them.
No doubt he'll bring on the letterbox accusation but that's only cos he doesn't know the difference between a glib throwaway attempt at humour by an individual and a real racist agenda held aloft by a major political party.
One thing I do suspect is that the Labour mob have done their sums and that their anti semitic stance will no doubt curry favour with the muslim vote and their number crunching will have revealed just how many parliamentary seats depend on those figures.
