Predictions Table 2020/21

He's only had two scoring predictions but one or two zero point failures as well.

The penultimate predictions table of this season of underachievement.
Congrats to Rovers95 and Drog, who both correctly predicted 1-1.
More crucially, at the top, Husky closes the gap to 1 point in the fight for the crown, gaining 3 points on ODB.
I suppose Drog could still win too but only if he goes for a big score line next Saturday.

In a bit of late drama, VAR has been called in and spotted that Husky did, in fact, edit his prediction a little too late.
Four minutes after kick-off to be precise.
We have to stick to the rules, so I'm going to have to knock Husky's three points off in the interest of fairness.

Here is the newly-amended table, leaving Husky needing a 5 pointer or better to overhaul ODB.

Hmmmm. Well I was watching on Sky stream which is a few minutes behind.

Anyway, I did that as I noticed ODB and his tactical score changing at the last minute to the same as mine in order to take the crown. FIXED!

Still, I won´t cry and there´s even less reason to keep up with the deader than deader dead man´s rubber game against Birmingham now.

To prevent any such tactical stuff next week, I will ask husky, ODB and drog to not post their predictions on the thread but to PM them to me.
I will then post them onto the thread after kick off.

Must say I don't do tactics, I've never looked up what others have predicted at all. I just wait until the teams are named, ponder other stuff like weather, pitch, form and then go with my gut feelings... unfortunately my heart is right next to my gut and sometimes that gets involved.

Oh well... at least I've made the play offs.

Tactical score changing, me? I was just feeling a bit more positive prior to kick off. I’d actually originally gone for 1-1 lol

You get one bonus point for each goal scored over 2 goals.
Only for correct scores though.
Rewards the more "risky" predictions

Not many of us went for a Rovers win and, as mentioned on the match thread, our top 3 scored no points.
This means congratulations go to ODB, who ends the season as our champion.
