Best keeper that I have seen playing for the Rovers in 50 odd years of watching them. A true gentleman to boot.

A real tribute to Brad , who was an outstanding goalkeeper. Sir Roger Jones was the best I’d seen until Brad arrived . He fully deserves this honour and his place alongside the other six Rovers legends in the new Hall of Fame .

I’m surprised Tugay wasn’t included but hopefully he’ll be next in line

I remember when hearing that we had signed him posting over the road the simple comment "Can he play centre half" as at that time we were down the division and leaking goals at an alarming rate whilst Burnley were flying. All that turned around on Dec 17 though didn't it?:joy:
I recall Payton shamefully going in studs up on purpose to hurt Brad as much as he could when the bastard had no chance of getting the ball! A worse challenge than Ball's lunge on Dunny but missed by the Ref!

I just hope Roger gets considered for this accolade in the future - still an all time hero of mine

Well the mods that have an attitude won’t be there as they don’t go to Ewood anymore.
