Yea ODB it was a good game - I went because of my frustration with the first team and to see Ashley Phillips (and because it was free)
He only played 20mins or so - but you can just tell with the way he moves there is something special there

Vale played well and cant be far off the first team squad and based on last night Leonard too (he got the second)

Definitely, Rovers academy graduates who were on the pitch last night are the talk of the town ( sorry city 😉 ) on the PNE forum .

So how come Ash Phillips can be spirited away so easily and even worse so cheaply? 3m is a bloody joke and no risk whatsoever to a club like spurs.

She’s probably thinking of the money already. We can’t match that, such is life. Maybe we should get Connor Mahoney to speak to him? Just to spite spuds I’d hawk him around some other clubs first and get an auction going.

I just hope that we can get lots of add ons as we had to adhere to with Armstrong and Bentley depending on future success and international appearances etc.

Anyway has his Dad no say in all this waggy?
