I'm out of touch with so much since lockdown. I don't read papers as much, watch Quest on telly instead of the News and QT etc and simply let the world pass me by. However on the plus side I'll probably live a long, happy and contented life.

Surprised how much I enjoyed the footie yesterday. Didn't think I would without the crowd but the intensity and the skill was on display for the full 90 minutes. Credit must go to Mowbray for that!

I think it should. It makes the game more tactical and gives a chance for managers to blood more young talent.

Revealing that when Bentley dropped the cross that JRC drove home there was not one Bristol player actually appealing for a foul! Most tellingly Bentley himself was beating the ground in frustration rather than claiming that he had been fouled. Shades of OT in '95 when Durkin disallowed Sherwood's equaliser.
