After the international break, we are back in action this Saturday and welcome Nottingham Forest to Ewood Park.
Forest have lost all of their opening 4 games, scoring just once and conceding 7 times.
They have, however, recently sacked their manager Sabri Lamouchi and replaced him with Chris Hughton.
The writing was on the wall for Lamouchi, with Forest also failing to win any of their last 10 matches last season and falling spectacularly out of the top six.
With Hughton at the helm, Forest will almost certainly improve significantly on their current form and position, let's hope it takes him a few weeks to get things sorted
As this will be Hughton's first game in charge, I think it would be only fair for us to help by showing him the size of the job he has taken on.
Over to Rovers.
Definitely out are Williams, Rankin-Costello, Holtby and Bennett.
Good news is that Darragh Lenihan is fully recovered (and hasn't gone anywhere in the transfer window).
A new centre-half partnership of Ayala and Lenihan should, therefore, be in effect for this match.
Personally I'm hoping that ToMo sticks with Tyryhs Dolan, especially after a two-week break.
Getting at the Forest defence has to be the approach - an early goal will surely bring back their self-doubt and counter any "new manager bounce".
Last time out we were disappointed not to win against a 10-man Cardiff side so, hopefully, the players will be out to make amends.
We really need 3 points to keep up with the early pacesetters.
