The owners and those still supporting are to blame IMO

Think you’ve either misread me or I wasn’t clear enough those fans supporting the initial meetings and keeping blind faith (younger generation) keeping everything hush fella are the problem.

Is Pears the worst keeper we have ever had?

I know there is a lot of competition, but I thought he'd never play again for us after The Wigan FA cup disaster - yet here he still is more than 2 years later as our number one blundering us towards more defeats.

If Ipswich do manage to go up automatically then they should send him a crate of champagne as he also also gifted them both games.
Latest accounts show we sold Kaminski for 2.25 million. That’s a decision which helped relegation in the midst of “cutting costs”

That 2nd half was one of the most shameful, gutless, spineless performances I have seen from the players in years. JE needs to give his head a wobble. A woeful performance.

The season ticket sales will have to go on ice for another week at least.

The elation of Leeds to this. I can’t believe it’s the same team.
I don't think it helps when we give the opposition 7,000 or 8,000 supporters. Financially, I can understand why, but Ewood Park must feel like an away ground for our players sometimes. I'm not knocking the Rovers supporters, by the way, but we all know that several thousand away supporters are going to act like a 12th man for whoever we play against.

On the pitch, Eustace needs to take the blame for today. We created little to nothing against a poor (but up for it) League One side, which we could well be at this rate. Our defence was also not up to a good standard today, something I feel we had improved upon so far under Eustace. A very worrying result when a draw would have done. Thank God for that Leeds result last weekend.

Pears 4
Don't think he did too much wrong for Wednesday's first goal. Wasn't helped by silly dithering by our defenced when he was out of his box. Should have been a simple clearance. As for Wednesday's third goal, what a total calamity for someone who is labelled as "good with his feet". Even after the ball bobbled and he mis-kicked it, it looked like he made a meal of chasing the ball and it hit him to go in.

In spite of his calamitous error, he was not our worst player on the pitch. He pulled of a good save later on to help prevent further embarrassment after the rest of the team had given up.

Brittain 3
Think it was him who dithered on the ball for Wednesday's first. Offered very little threat going forward. All huff and puff and not much effectiveness. In fact, he was a liability today.

Hyam 5
Weak. Lacked any presence. Didn't seem to martial his colleagues.

Wharton 3
Clumsy. Aimless long balls punted down the wings or straight through to the 'keeper. Reckless challenge where he missed Vaulks and they scored their second.

Carter 5
Probably the best of a bad bunch in central defence, but that's not saying much. Got outdone for a yellow in the second half.

Pickering 6
OK. Didn't really do anything wrong, but nor did he contribute much.

Tronstad 4
Probably his worst game in a Rovers shirt. Seemed off the pace and couldn't get near their midfielders. Poor tackling and passing.

Rankin-Costello 5
One of his poorer showings. Didn't offer much defensively or offensively. He's starting to seem as though he doesn't warrant being played in a favoured midfield position. Time to kick Brittain out and move JRC back there?

Szmodics 7
Man of the Match for us. Lovely quick run and finish for our goal, akin to his goal last weekend. Should have scored a second late in the second half when through, but got his feet mixed up. Can never fault this guys effort, and I feel his frustration when the players around him just aren't on the same wavelength of effort and footballing intelligence.

Dolan 6
Some neat touches and skills, but to little avail.

Gallagher 5
Ineffectual. Flicked on some headers that didn't really go anywhere. Feel as though he is going through the motions before moving on in summer.

As for the subs...

Buckley 4
Dallied on the ball too often and lost possession. Didn't get any key passes away. Expected much more from him when he came on.

Ayari 6
Put in more effort than most of his colleagues. Was it his pass through to Szmodics late on? But perhaps could have done with him doing more.

Chrisene 5
Barely noticed him. When we're chasing goals, please show some creativity or drive to get one back.

Markanday 6
Offered a bit of a threat but to little avail. Seems to be looking quite podgey to me.

Moran 5
Didn't notice him at all.

I apologise for the outburst
I should never post straight after watching that
I was in a bar in Cyprus with an Owls fan (who was delighted of course) and was embarrassed- it was a disgraceful effort ( or lack of, to be precise)
My blood is boiling

You didn't miss much pal. The only thing that made me chuckle was how silent 7400 Yorkshiremen could be after we equalised. You could have heard a pin drop in the Darwen End.

Calmed a little
I am with Husky - I do still think we will survive - but only by default
The Leeds (miracle) might just have given us enough but without that I think we would be down for sure
What did me yesterday was players pulling out of 50/50s especially (although it shouldn't matter WHEN) in such an important game!
No urgency, no movement, it was a disgrace
Let's just hope Coventry are deflated and tired and not angry and vengeful - if it's the latter they will slaughter us

Let’s just hope instead that the referee spots their goalkeeper cheating by putting the ball in our net with his hands.

The tickets are £15 and it’s the last home game in the Championship.

Please pardon me editing your post but I'm so frustrated.
