So, Saturday sees our first home league match of the new season - although none of us will be there to watch it
Wycombe are playing their first ever season in the Championship, so this will be their first ever Championship away match.
They lost their first match at home to Rotherham, unluckily it seems, to a 92nd minute goal so we will see how they respond.
Wycombe are managed by Blackburn lad Gareth Ainsworth, who cuts a bit of a rockstar figure with his snakeskin boots, open-necked shirts and long hair and we welcome him and his team to Ewood Park but hope they leave wi' nowt!
As to Rovers, we will certainly be without Travis for some time it seems and Ayala won't be playing so it's potentially another "lucky dip" team selection (or "unlucky dip" when referring to most of our strikeforce).
We really need a win from this match. From what I've seen so far, we have plenty of attacking intent but only one guy who can be relied on to put the ball in the net and at the other end it's the same old, same old. Without Travis I'm slightly worried.
