I think this guy is an exciting signing on paper, and fits within our model of buying players cheaply and developing them. Sounds like a good prospect with 22 goals in 49 games for a Bundesliga reserve team. I don't think that's too shabby. He also bagged a hat-trick in quick time in a recent reserve game, so here's hoping he's the goalscorer we need this season.

On a minor note, his family are from Zlatan Ibrahamović's neck of the woods (Bosnia). Let's hope Telalović has just a fraction of Zlatan's talent! Living in this neck of the woods, I've been waiting for us to sign someone from this region since Kalinić, Vukčević, and Petrović. Not sure how many others we've had from the former nations of Yugoslavia, but I'll be looking out for Semir and hoping he comes up with the goods. I suspect he'll be on the bench today.

I hope we see him for at least half an hour if circumstances allow. That lad Moran looks handy too.

They'll all need time to bed in and form partnerships with the players around them.

Not read a more damaging critique of a transfer than that! Poor lad. Waste of a transfer fee. Not sure that Ennis has been a good acquisition either!

Talking to a couple of Rovers staff they say Telalovic is one of the fittest specimens of a man they have seen (clearly they have not seen me with my kit off 💪). He was apparently bought after recommendations from a player analyst who was impressed with his statistics.

How hope he turns out a good one. We can’t afford to waste wages on any more duffers.

"fittest"? Isn't enough. Usain Bolt was very fit and could run like the wind but he couldn't trap a wet sandbag.
In fairness I do need to see more of him before I can judge, but the coaching staff at Brockhall will see him most daus.

“Semir Telalovic is yet to hit the ground running at Ewood Park, and he may have been the wrong signing at the wrong time”

That doesn’t say anything. Even I could write that!

Lost again? Has the production line hit the buffers or are the current lot too young?

This is a genuine request for information and is not flippant or sarcastic. Other than most of our first team. Where have we sent them.

Gent has gone on loan to Motherwell,Walker to Morecambe on loan the rest I'm not to sure, in the transfer window Rovers named Five young players that they were willing to go out on loan or permanent moves. One was Cirino who was the next best thing before a bad injury last season.
