Notice how the Brexit pensioners on here never mention the crashed pound and massive export growth any more ?

Nor how their Fidelity Special Situations Fund has tanked in value as the Brexit fiasco becomes ever more apparent ?

Check your facts Jimbo. The last comparison I have is from 2011 and on today's figures it has increased by 125%. That'll do for me sumshine.

So Jeremy Hunt's christened the term 'Bob's' to describe people who are bored of brexit. I'm pretty sure these Bobs are in the majority as most Brits must be 1. as confused and 2. as bored as hell. Whats the point in voting when a vote is being rendered an irrelevance? Everyday there is some learned person giving their opinion, some for and some against. To the vast majority who haven't access to the full facts (and who has really?) it's way too complex isn't it? That's why I'm so amazed that now the latest straw the remainers are clutching at is demanding another referendum asking people to vote on the actual terms being proposed. (Vince Cable banging on about it this morning). What's the bloody point? Very few will bother to study them and even fewer will profess to understand them.

If one takes one's car to the garage and the mechanic says it needs a new part our decision is yeah or nay whether to go ahead in principle isn't it? We don't pick up a manual and a set of tools and do the job ourselves do we? We instruct him to get on with it. Cable the silly old git also wants another Gen Election ffs!! So here's a suggestion for starters ... any MP whose views are contrary to the views of his constituents on the issue of Brexit must resign immediately and allow a by-election between wannabees who do represent the electorate! They patently are not capable of carrying out the wishes of their electorate to the best of their ability are they? That way the Commons should represent a cross party UNITED front dedicated to getting us out of Europe on the best possible terms and with the least possible damage. How the Brussells mob will laugh at us when the vote goes to the Commons and party politics will be put way in front of the long term good of the nation.

125% per cent in 7 years - some folk are easily pleased. I bet the Fidelity managers love the 30% plus commission they've taken off you too.

Meanwhile savvy investors have been in the Faangs for years. Gains in the hundreds of per cent over a short time frame. Easy, sunshine.

No point at all. The 37 per cent were too thick to realise they were being sold a pup by the rich elite in 2016 and they still don't get it now.
You really are brain dead John, who controls the unelected EU commission ?

It would seem by the increase in insults that you are becoming hysterical, control yourself man, or what ever gender you want to be known as today

Altogether now..........Faangs aint what they used to be..'

Anyway weren't those returns only possible because they don't pay the going rate for tax to the UK or anywhere else for that matter? I thought tax avoidance that was the second worst of your personal seven deadly sins? '

Don't be a pillock. Anybody would settle for an average of 17.8% pa every year for 7 years. That's possibly the most stupid post you've ever made but the way you are going I'm sure you'll post an even more stupid one before long.

As stated previously, some folk are easily satisfied.

Are messageboard "officers" allowed to insult members ?

Moving on, Brino is going swimmingly

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46363879

It's been reported today that MPs are cajoling May into coming up with a Brino Plan B, because Brino Plan A is clearly dead.

Favourite plan B is the "Norway" option.

The Norway option however is detested by Europhobes, so, in principle, moderates and Remainers should get behind it. May would probably have a large majority in the House behind her and...(incidentally) .. carry on as PM until 2022, which has always been her goal.

Many a slip between the cup and the lip, as Grees Smogg’s nanny would say.

Norway, the country, or Britain with a Norway option could without difficulty join as a full EU member in future.

What's not to like?
