Looks like NFL is coming to London. Personally I think it's crazy and no way do I watch the jags as I bleed orange n blue.
It also begs the question can spurs sue khan because all the chat was the new spurs ground was to be the jags as well.

Selling Wembley is one thing of course but the nfl is not an issue....It'll never catch on in this country. We are a footballing nation and for 'proper' mans games we have union and league. Personally I'd rather stick pins in my eyes for half a day than watch nfl.

Just as an aside should we ever get through to some semi final / final or another then the Millenium will do just fine. As far as I am concerned Wembley is a white elephant and has been since the decision was made (no doubt involving numerous backhanders) to build it on the completely inappropriate site of the old stadium. It should have been in the midlands somewhere close to the NEC. Cardiff is much better for hospitality and atmosphere, there's a roof on it and it'd be much cheaper.

Only in your secluded world gord it won't. It's massive in this country . They sell 4 games sometimes 3 out within hours of going on sale ,whether it be Wembley , Twickenham or spurs .
It's one of the most watched sport on sky after football .
So to sum your post up ..gord don't like it so it's shit ..

I think that the problem with NFL is that it IS so popular. A lot already have a team that they follow. Mine is 49ers and I for one would never switch to Jags. It would be like switching a football team and only Vinjay can do that.

That and the knees are about the only bits that they can't protect in layers of padding. My mate ruptured his achilles tendon badly just playing Badminton.

Never catch on with me though as I don't ever bother with either and the sport itself is just so long winded and boring.
What does surprise me though is the fact that the more extreme hard men of US Football haven't imported Rugby League or even Union. Must be a lot less costly for parents too.

I would bet 99% of fans here dont bet regular on it. Any given sunday is the addage . Everyone beats anyone. I must admit I had a small bet last sunday night and won a small amount but its not the norm
