1 goal and 7 matches this season with another goal last night v Wrexham. Let's not get carried away on his overall worth eh? I must say if I was a club chairman and my Manager came to me and said "I think Gallagher at Blackburn is worth 2m and I'd like to bring him here" I'd be rather hesitant about giving him a cheque.

According to my phone this pic was taken at 7.31 pm, so what's this piece in the daily mail about?
A lot of their coaches turned up late, also fans already in Blackburn were late to the turnstiles. You can’t staff up on the basis of fans turning up too late.

Some of the Wrexham fans missed their goal but fortunately for them they managed to see Rovers score four.

I hardly think 'thousands' was an accurate assessment. Bloody reporters attempting to sensationalise and scandalise every situation.

How about the Mail blaming the FA and the BBC for setting the KO at the now unusual time of 7.30? Did Gary Linekar want an early night?

Come on drog. I know you had your fingers burnt with your opinion of Big Ben but surely you must see that we are a better side with Sam Gallagher up front?

Ive heard Rovers have this option but they dont look like they are going to use it.
Sadly as we are back to being a little selling club letting our best players go to massive clubs like Crystal bloody Palace, then it looks like Gallagher is off. Great.

Well ....
1. Not the Rovers fault that Wrexham's coach(es) took 3 hours to get here. Nor is it the Rovers duty to provide an escort for the half mile journey from the MWay.

2. Not the Rovers fault (I think) that the match was 7.30 kick off making it difficult for people going after work.

3 Not the Rovers fault that WBA and Wolves kicked off making security slow by checking everyone and everything.

However
1. If there were some turnstiles closed with 7500 tickets sold then that is shameful and IS the Rovers fault.

2. If the concourse catering was as slow as usual then I'm not surprised given the speed with which peopl are served normally at Ewood. I realise that the careing is franchised out but it's something the club has never got right in all my 60 years of attending.

3 If they got beaten in a match they thought they were going to win then I'll accept that WAS the Rovers fault.

Currently yes but it's taken 5 years for him to at last provide a physical presence and with only Telalovic and Ennis as options they definitely are a better side. However they most certainly aren't when he's having another glass back injury and gathering splinters for months on end. If Mowbray and the owners knew what they were in for then no way would they have bought him. The mystery to me is why Mowbray spent 5m on him when we'd had him on loan two seasons perviously and he failed to impress and then he was even worse when on loan to Brum.

The only ones who have had their fingers burned are Rovers who spent the best part of £24 million and at best will get £2 million back on the pair

I think that's poor from Rovers personally. If you're going to take the money of 7,000 away fans, then employ the staff and put some thought into the planning to not make their experience miserable.

Having been on the wrong end of infuriating queues at football, gigs, airports etc, where a handful of dopey staff on a go-slow is causing chaos, it's just not on.

If you don't want to employ the staff, don't take people's money.

See, didn't I say that North Wales was just a part of Merseyside? This lot are acting bigger victims than the Anfield lot! I didn't hear any complaints from the 7000 Leeds fans the other month. Soft buggers.
