Thank you mike (and others too). We're still finding our feet but thanks for your offer, your experience could be very useful. I can't speak for the others but personally I'd prefer you to be available as a consultant at this stage rather than a full on member of staff. As yet I don't believe that we have had even one issue requiring moderation. No doubt we will and in an attempt to avoid the problems witnessed on 'other' mb's I've an idea or two to cover that when it happens which I need to discuss with the current staff first.Not that I'll necessarily be wanted, but the offer's there from me if ever needed.
That's always been my favourite rule and one I wanted BRFCS to run byPerhaps! I suppose my issue with being mod was the guidelines being either rigid or nonexistent depending on the mod.
