Nirvana: Nevermind lawsuit over cover artwork of naked baby is dismissed by judge in California

Spencer Elden, who was photographed for Nirvana's famous Nevermind cover at the age of four months, and is now 30, filed the lawsuit in August 2021, saying the picture constitutes "child pornography". The artwork is widely considered as one of the greatest album covers of all time.

Now I really can't stand awards for doing your job but this morning's news reveals that the brit awards this year have been dominated by white artists and female ones in the main. Well I just hope they are all on a massive guilt trip this morning for beating all those poor disadvantaged black musicians. I trust thousands of complaints are flooding in this morning!
The only thing that was won by black people was that godawful rap music.... but then it would be wouldn't it?

I always catalogue godawful rap music in the same category as godawful heavy metal ‘ . Both genres are akin to torture of the ears . I think the last time I sat down to watch the Brits was when Sam Fox and Mick Fleetwood presented . That was a classic !

I didn’t watch it but apparently there are no male and female categories any longer. Something to do with a singer called Sam Smith not wishing to identify itself as either gender!

Well I can't place him and i wouldn't want to verify either so there may be a point to it all. Plus the cost of half the number of prizes will represent a significant saving to the organisers.... and there's the rub no doubt.

Spoke to her today about it.
She said it was soooo loud, you could hear it for miles. Apparently people had parties when it was on, and they lived far from the stadium.
Good concert she said.
