Take the point but surely anyone who's ever castigated Allardyce, Pulis and other dark arts exponents should have a field day with that. The guy running the clock down at the end of the first half, by collapsing in a heap clutching his chest, then stomach, after the ball hit his side, but not before managing an awfully disguised curious look over to the touchline, was embarassing to the sport.
They reacted petulantly to literally any decision that went England's way, clear cut or otherwise, by kicking the ball away if they had it and/or berrating the soft ref. They stood on all free kicks literally until the ref told them to move. And of course played rugby against Kane. 9 places below us in the FIFA rankings? Hmm.

The Tunisian scumbags will be going home soon and good riddance.
Lingard should put his boot through the ball when shooting and stop trying to pass it in every time. He should have had at least a hat-trick.
Sterling loses his ability as soon as he puts and England shirt on but does start from too deep where his headless chickens runs are less effective than at City where he starts such runs farther up the pitch.
Rose should replace Young who just hampers any of our attacking threat down our left. Rose is also the better defender.
We played well first half but did not cope with Tunisia going even more defensive second half and we lost our pace and urgency.
The Ref and VAR were awful or bent. We should have won 6-1 including 2 penalties. I jest not.
We will beat Panama and may also shade Belgium.
And thank the fuck Harry is English.

I have never heard of Loftus Cheek - who does he play for, another one of the England team who have totally passed me by including the guy we had in goal. My interest in National football is minuscule, it may change if we reach the final when I will climb aboard the bandwagon.
Agree with just about all of that ara. Harry Kane has that happy knack of going into the right space at the right time. 1st goal with the middle of the goal and the other post covered by two England players he moved instinctively into that little pocket of space and scored. Second goal the Tunisians for once neglected to grapple him to the ground and he moved into more space on the back post.... and scored. Many other players would simply stand in the one place and ball watch, with Kane it's instinctive and that's the 100m plus difference.

He replaced Delle Ali that match and imo from the bits that I have seen of him he still would be doing. Whereas Delle Ali flits in and out of matches this lad is a colossus and really can intimidate opponents and stamp his presence in and around the edge of the box. As I say I haven't seen all that much of him but what I have really impresses me.

Can you imagine any of those younger guys getting a chance under previous managers who always stuck with the "big names" who had been there before (and whilst there had usually screwed it up for us)?

I rem Joachim Loew doing similar in 2010 Wilpshire Blue. Loew dropped a number of 'old heads' and went for youth and attacking football. The 2010 WC squad was Germany's youngest squad since before WW2. Also an old potato of mine, he impressed on the squad to play one and two touch football with lots of willing running off the ball and not the laboured 2 and 3 touch football that we have played for decades. They lost 1-0 to the marvellous Spanish team in the semis beating a plodding, by comparison England 4-1 on the way. I rem being more impressed by Germany back then in South Africa than I have ever been by any German team before.
All that stupid pratting about with Ramadan, all that ridiculous praying to some mythical entity and then Allah goes an allows Harry Kane to score the winner in time added on.
