I propose a vote for the best of these two wonderful goals.

Goal 1 Buckley started and finished a superb counter attacking move with an absolute howitzer across the keeper from somewhere like 30 yards. The keeper did get a finger tip on the ball but the power of the shot beat him all ends up.

Goal 2 BBD cut inside from the left, had time to look up to see where the keeper was before hitting a long curling shot into the very top right hand corner of the goal from about the same sort of distance as JB's.
Both goals displaying inch perfect accuracy and a serious helping of raw power.

For me I see Buckley's just edging it on the basis that his strike contained a greater degree of difficulty. An in-swinger from the instep of one's favourite foot being an easier shot than hitting a straight shot with the kind of power that Buckley got on it.
So '2'.

So RoversFans.com has been instrumental in the Rovers coaching methods! Quicker deliveries when attacking, shots from midfield v PNE and Brum, BBD's shot and Lenihans header going 'inside far post'. It's all been on here hasn't it? Too little too late though. Just think if we'd had a topic on how to take penalties we'd be lording it in the play offs now.
