Seems my wingman isn't what he was with the awayday previews.... sigh... you just cant get staff these days can you? No doubt he'll be turning up with his belated and somewhat surreal and irreverent ramblings (not to mention terribly un pc) within a few hours of me kicking this particular can down the road.
Anyway before we front up to Bristol on Wednesday a number of our rivals will have played on Tuesday night. I know Arsenal will be welcoming Bayern Munich and City travelling to Real Madrid but the real action will be in the Championship, the Worlds best Division! Take a look at these fixtures with our lowly rivals in bold...
Millwall (20th) v Leicester City
Plymouth Argyle (19th) v Queens Park Rangers
Preston North End v Huddersfield Town (21st)
Sheffield Wednesday (23rd) v Norwich City
Who knows how the picture will look once they are out of the way but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that our future will be looking a little rosier by then.

Bristol are a difficult team to predict but they will be no pushovers ... and judging be recent away results neither will we be! I note the dingle Scott Twine is on loan to them so he'll have to be watched whilst the ever dangerous Naqui Wells will be sniffing out the chances and half chances. I'm going to plumb for another draw.... 1-1.
Over to you BB or would 'Sir Les' be a more fitting nom
de plume for you these days? Whatever here's a few stand out oddities about Bristol's historical past. https://www.rifemagazine.co.uk/2019...st-things-that-have-ever-happened-in-bristol/
