Ho Ho! What do they say about 'what goes around, comes around'?
Huddersfield whinging now about just promoted Burnley making SIX changes v relegation rival Reading. Reading of course went onto gain a valuable point. BUT just 6-7 years ago Huddersfield under Wagner made 10 bloody changes against our relegation rivals Birmingham managed then by cockney souvenir Harry Redknapp. Birmingham won and Ultimately we were relegated with 51 points! I think it was a record.
I wrote a number of emails to the efl about Huddersfield playing a weakened team and got
nowhere except being advised that it is not the Efl's position to decide what is or isn't a weak team. I was advised that it was on the agenda for the Efl conference in Portugal but that was that and we were relegated.
btw anybody recall that season when loanee Sam Gallagher gave the ball away needlessly in the dying seconds v pne at Ewood only for the nobbers to race up the other end and equalise? So similar to hedges bloody aberration last night!
anybody know what he was trying to do cos I'm bloody flummoxed.
