Sounds like he's happy with promotion and not too concerned about getting above Wigan. They have all summer to recuperate and I for one want them to be champions. Surely the players do too, especially they will want to be on the pitch for the celebrations against Oxford.

It's a championship and a trophy. Sorry I appear to be the one with any ambition who cares.
Apart from that a lot of fans have paid a lot of money to go to Charlton. They deserve the best possible turnout. Do you not care about them?

I expect to see maximum effort to win. I'll be putting maximum effort into eating and drinking before kick off so I don't want to see the players with their foot off the gas.

Not the be all and end all but if Wigan slip we should be ready.

It would be good to have the top spot still up for grabs come the Oxford match to prevent it being just a 90 minute parade.
Although I would happily have taken that 3 weeks ago
It will be interesting to see how many people attend the beamback at Ewood. Probably a lot fewer than if we still needed the points for promotion.
