The last time he resigned he trapped up in East Lancs

Probably given the option to resign before they kicked his arse out the door.
That’s two consecutive seasons he has been responsible for a club’s relegation without it appearing on his CV

What a read, I know he was useless but you sort of assumed the cakes, ping pong and other crap was just made up. Right from the horses mouth in there:
He said: “The first sacking of Jim McIntyre was maybe a bit unfair then Coyle came in. Hopeless.

“It was all right for a couple of games and then we didn’t work on enough things to prepare for games.

“We were training for cakes and Irn-Bru every day when we needed to be preparing for big games in the Premiership."

Outstanding candidate!!!

Is Nicko still proclaiming him to be the best young manager in the country in his 11 o clockers? Thinks he knows everything but in reality he's all piss and wind that bugger.

Who knows how far the tentacles of the Glasgow Mafia Octopus spread?
Hmmm. Chatting last night to someone with connections at the club and he revealed that no one either considered nor recommended Owen Coyle but that the order to employ him came directly from Pune! How had those buggers even heard of him? My conspiracy theory is that there may have been a favour returned to a certain member of the press (and at that time BRFCS) who swerved from scathingly opposing their involvement to quietly supporting them and actually referred to Kean as "a gem of a manager" over just a few days of Christmas 2010.

Moving on it seems that that Mowbray is well liked and well thought of by the Ewood heirarchy. Just a few niggles with one or two of his signings, Caddis in particular who is on significant money but can't be bothered to even get himself fit.

Apparently TM went to Pune after Tuesday's meeting and will return over the weekend. He has 3 budgets in his mind depending on what the owners allow him to spend and with that in mind the club have procured the wages of all the Championship clubs for the venkys to use as a yardstick. Bottom of the pile is Burton with a wage bill of approx 7m and top is Villa whose wages amount to a massive 57m.
