BTW if you want brilliant sausages the best, in my humble opinion, are the beef sausages from Whittaker’s Butchers on Blackburn Market.

Must admit that I love snags, with one proviso.

I've got to have them with Japanese BBQ sauce.

This stuff is made with onions, Japanese fermented soy, wheat, apple' sesame oil, garlic and chilli amongst other things.
It's made by a Japanese lady living in Victoria. She also does a really hot spicy version that I can't get enough of.

We let a lady go last month as it was clear we could not promote her as she didn’t have the abilities for a more senior role, she found a new job and was wished well etc. Today I found out via the HR manager that my department of three white males and one white lady are now under investigation as she launched a complaint one day before leaving suggesting my department was racist, corrupt and took bribes. No examples no nothing but we will now have to answer to a committee of representatives
