Great results for the new boys Clitheroe who beat Burnley and Darwen who beat Church whilst Great Harwood narrowly lost to East Lancs .

Congratulations to Liam Livingstone on being awarded his county cap .I saw him score a 22 ball half century in the T20 v Yorks last year . Andy Flower says he hits the ball as hard as anyone he's played against or seen . A real prospect for the red rose & England

Final round of one day cup matches today . If Lancs beat Durham and Yorkshire beat Leicestershire then Lancs go through - I think Was just about to post it when I thought I'd check up .

So I read the rules which say " the group winners will progress straight to the semi-finals with the second and third placed teams in each group playing a quarter-final against a team from the other group with the winner progressing to one of the semi-final matches "

So Northants need to beat Notts too , then Lancs will finish 3rd - I have that Rovers last day of the season feeling
